Just had my locks fixed today and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. They were on time, fast and efficient. Reasonable price and very friendly. I really wasn't expecting such exceptional service so I felt I had to share. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future. Very happy customer!
Just had two security keys cut for my car. Even though I supplied the keys they cut them for no charge! Great P.R.! Definitely would return for any lock needs in the future.
They we're unable to fix my issue, but not there fault and they spent a fair bit of time trying find something that would work with little chance of success or making a sale. Next time I have a lock issue in MapleRidge I will go there.
They were open early, stopped a staff meeting to help me. Were quick and efficient to cut a new key for my car and made sure it worked twice. The store is clean and all staff there were friendly. Will not go anywhere else again.
